Multi-channel branded campaigns I have produced from concept to launch. The comms are aimed at customers to cross sell, upsell, promote and drive engagement of BT products and services to customers.

Black Friday

A BT TV & Broadband Black Friday campaign targeted EE customers with personalised deals, leveraging rich media MMS, a dedicated landing page, and app content to drive engagement. The campaign aimed to remind 314,000 FTTP-enabled (Fibre To The Premises) and 939,000 FTTC-enabled (Fibre To The Cabinet) customers of their personalised offers respectively.

Interactive elements like the digital scratch card achieved a click-through rate of 7.7% with 81% engagement rate. Partnership content was seamlessly integrated into BT branded communications, enhancing the campaign's relevance and appeal.
