BT TV Re-contracting

To encourage customers to recontract their TV packages, I designed a multi-channel, two-touchpoint campaign using personalised email and direct mail. Each communication highlighted the value of upgrading with a bold and fresh design. The campaign featured various package options, from Essential to VIP, showcasing partnership content that enhanced customer value across tiers.

As a result, weekly regrades increased from 167 to 706, and ARPU degradation improved from -4.24 to -2.05, demonstrating the impact of a targeted, multi-channel approach in driving recontracting success.
